If you are looking for a smartphone that balances a friendly price tag with surprisingly premium hardware, this one makes a fantastic first impression.
Built to Surivive the Daily Grind
Xiaomi is making some bold claims about durability this year, specifically highlighting what it calls Redmi Titan Durability. While the frame is still made of plastic to keep costs down, the front and back tell a different story. You get a sleek fiberglass rear panel and the latest Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protecting that massive display. It feels incredibly solid in the hand, and with an IP69K rating, it is protected against more than just rain. It can actually withstand high-pressure water jets and serious dust exposure. A Display That Punches Way Above Its Weight
The screen is easily one of the highlights of this package. Measuring in at 6.83 inches, the AMOLED panel is vibrant and buttery smooth thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate. It pushes a resolution of 2772 x 1280, making text and images look sharp enough to rival phones that cost twice as much. What really caught our eye, however, was the 3200 nits of peak brightness. This is flag-ship level territory, ensuring that you can see your notifications clearly even under direct noon sunlight. The edges do curve slightly in a classic 2.5D style, which adds a bit of ergonomic comfort when you are swiping from the sides.
Performance and Software Experience
Under the hood, Xiaomi has opted for the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. When paired with up to 12GB of RAM, it handles daily tasks like browsing, social media, and multitasking with ease. You won’t be breaking any world records in benchmarks compared to the Snapdragon 8 series, but for 95 percent of users, it provides a perfectly fluid experience.

The real star for power users, though, is the 6500mAh battery. This is significantly larger than what we see in most modern flagships.
